You have several options to share feedback about the services you receive while engaged in VAC’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program. Your input helps us understand what’s working and what could be improved. One of the primary ways to provide feedback is through Participant Experience Check-in surveys.

The Rehabilitation Program involves many moving parts and understanding how they all fit together is key for achieving success. Our goal is to ensure you have a clear understanding of the program and to support you in feeling confident and informed throughout your rehabilitation journey.

VAC’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program is voluntary to apply to, but once you qualify, participation is required. Once you begin, your active participation in rehabilitation assessments and services becomes the most significant factor in helping you achieve your rehabilitation goals.
